I would also like to point out that as high tech as we are here at Athens Regional Radiology, we are also high touch. You will find the staff here at Athens Regional Radiology is second to none. We are quite proud of all of our staff members and their expertise in Radiology, which benefits patients utilizing our department. We have worked hard to provide you with state-of-the-art equipment, but never losing site of the fact that it is people that count.

Working together as a team we continually strive for excellence in the diagnostic and therapeutic care of the patients we serve. From the point of the physician’s request, to the processing performance and result in that request, we hope to maximize patient satisfaction and assist the medical team in the treatment of the patient in a prompt, efficient, and cost effective manner. According the ARMC Mission Statement, the institution’s purpose is to provide quality patient care and superior services to the patients it serves. The Radiology Services Department is no less committed to this mission. The patient is the most important factor for our existence. We must respect each patient as an individual. As health care professionals, our focus must always be on quality heath care for each patient, delivered in a competent and caring manner to the best of our individual and collective abilities.

We treat all patients: inpatients, emergency, as well as outpatients, aging from newborn to extreme geriatrics, and cover a gamut of many procedures including:
