Radiology Scheduling

Started in 1997, ARMC Radiology Centralized Scheduling was developed to maintain the complete scheduling needs of the Radiology department. Centralized scheduling’s specially trained personnel strive to be the most knowledgeable in utilizing all rescourses available to meet our customer’s needs.

The Scheduling department of Athens Regional Medical Center can be reached at (706) 475-5266. The office is open from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed for all major holidays and mandatory meetings.

After hours you may leave a message on our voice mail and your call will be returned by noon the following morning.

Scheduling Your Appointment
Patients may schedule their own appointments provided that they have the following information:

1. The exact name of the requested procedure.

2. The diagnosis (why are you having this test)

3. The ordering doctor’s full name, address, phone number and fax number.

If you are not sure of the needed information, please contact your ordering physician.
